A typical Dru Yoga class 

Activation

A typical class starts with an activation. This wakes up all systems in the body, enhancing circulation, stretching the spine, loosening muscles and balancing energy levels so you're in the best space to receive all the benefits... with a twist of fun and joy.

Yoga

Unique to Dru are EBRs - Energy Block Release sequences. These are crafted to release stuck energy in the system, bringing a deeply therapeutic quality to your experience. Following an EBR are yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the muscles. 

Relaxation

Relaxation is a systematic process to the subtle and sublime layers of your being. This journey guides you to the sweet still point within - restoring balance, renewing vitality, and awakening the healing power of the heart bringing you to a place of feeling completely refreshed. 

Meditation

In a Dru class we aim to move you to stillness. After a deeply restorative relaxation and some balancing breathwork, come home to yourself with a meditative practice that enhances your focus and deepens your connection with Self, the real you.

Join online from the comfort of home

Zoom in from home, the office, or wherever you may be in the world. 
All you need is your laptop and your mat.

Whether you're new to yoga, working with an injury, needing to destress, or simply seeking a more tailored experience, private yoga sessions offer a space to deepen your connection with your body, breath, mind and inner self.

In these one-on-one sessions, we'll move at your pace with practices chosen specifically for your needs — whether that’s building strength, finding calm, easing tension, ageing gracefully or exploring yoga as a tool for personal transformation.

Family yoga 

Book a session/group of sessions to have a family yoga class with your kids or grandkids. 

Classes are held at Sparkes Studio in Fadden, Mondays 4-5pm.
